1. Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale items or items purchased using a discount code.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
- Intimate apparel or undergarments for hygiene reasons.
- Any item that has been used, washed, or altered.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to us at styloria.brand@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
- Exchanges must also be initiated within the 7-day return window.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- For defective or damaged items received, Styloria.online will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

- Include a description of the defect and, if possible, photos of the damage. We will provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
