Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at styloria.brand@gmail.com or Customer Care WhatsApp Number with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items or items purchased using a discount code.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
  • Intimate apparel or undergarments for hygiene reasons.
  • Any item that has been used, washed, or altered.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to us at styloria.brand@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
  • Exchanges must also be initiated within the 7-day return window.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • For defective or damaged items received, Styloria.online will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item at styloria.brand@gmail.com or Contact Customer Care Number.
  • Include a description of the defect and, if possible, photos of the damage. We will provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
